Things To Know Before You Go

The app is an essential part of managing your trip, required when checking in, and where you’ll go for everything you need while onboard.

Check-In

Check-in by adding a security photo, uploading your travel documents and passport information, adding a credit card to use with your wristband onboard, signing the voyage contract, and adding your emergency contact.

Schedule a Boarding Time

Enter your flight information in the app and schedule the most convenient times for you to board and disembark. Being a part of our group gets you priority boarding, so if you don’t see the time you want, let us know and we can help with scheduling.

Syncs With Your Wrist Band

The app syncs with the wristband that you’ll get during the boarding process. Add credit card info on the app and you’ll be able to scan your wristband for access to your room, payment for food and drinks, and everything else onboard.

Additional Bar Tab Discounts

Virgin offers discounts when purchasing additional bar tab credits in advance of the trip. Log on to the Virgin app and have the option to add some cash to your existing bar tab to unlock bar bonuses and save some cash on the trip.

Book a Shore Thing

Excursion options can be found on the app under ‘Book A Shore Thing’. There are some fun things to do in each port if you’re feeling adventurous. Sailors can make excursion reservations any time between now and our sail dates.

Restaurant Reservations

It is highly recommended to make restaurant reservations as early as possible to ensure you get into the places at the times you want. Virgin will open the ability to make restaurant reservations on March 17th.
